Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Peptide Fix does not accept returns or exchanges of opened or unopened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at support@peptidefix.co within 3–5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product, and a short description of the issue. If the claim is approved, Peptide Fix will, at its discretion, send a replacement, issue store credit, or issue a refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on the part of Peptide Fix.

Chargebacks

Customers are required to contact Peptide Fix support to attempt to resolve any order or billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized or unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of purchasing privileges and Peptide Fix reserves the right to dispute such chargebacks and seek recovery of associated costs.
